We are setting up Managed Documents in our instance and want the documents to create knowledge articles. We have both the Managed Documents and Knowledge Documents plugins turned on and everything works perfectly. What I am wondering is when you set the Knowledge Settings, and then click the Link to Knowledge related link, how exactly do those fields get passed to the knowledge article that is created? I have checked in the business rules, scripts, in the workflows and UI actions, and everywhere else that I could think of.
